This Privacy Policy explains how VoxaParty ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit this website, contact us about a licence, or use an application built from the VoxaParty source code. Please read it carefully. By using our website or app, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who This Policy Covers

VoxaParty is sold as a Flutter source-code template. This policy applies to two distinct situations:

• This website — the marketing site, demo downloads, and any enquiry you send us.
• The demo application — the sample Android build and admin panel we publish for evaluation.

If you purchase a licence and deploy your own branded app, you become the data controller for your end users. You are responsible for publishing your own privacy policy and for complying with the laws that apply to your users. We do not have access to your production database, your users, or their content.

2. Information We Collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run our business.

• Contact details you give us — your name, email address, WhatsApp number, or company name when you contact us about pricing, support, or a licence.
• Purchase information — licence type, order reference, and billing details. Card and payment credentials are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
• Demo account data — if you sign in to the demo app or admin panel, we store the profile details you enter (display name, avatar, and any test content you create).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, and pages viewed. This is collected automatically by our hosting provider and analytics.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To reply to your enquiries and provide pre-sales and technical support.
• To deliver source code, licence keys, and setup assistance you have purchased.
• To process payments and keep records required for accounting and tax.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website and the demo builds.
• To send service messages about updates, fixes, or changes to your licence. We only send marketing messages if you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, storage, and push notifications for the demo app.
• VoxaStream — real-time voice infrastructure powering demo audio rooms.
• Google Drive — hosting of the downloadable demo APK.
• Google Fonts — web font delivery for this site.
• Payment processors — handling of licence purchases and refunds.

We share only what these services need to function. We never grant them the right to use your data for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work, though some conveniences may be lost.

6. Data Retention

We keep enquiry and support correspondence for as long as is needed to serve you, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Demo account data is test data and may be reset or deleted at any time without notice. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

7. Data Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will notify affected users without undue delay.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website, demos, and licences are intended for developers and businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our product or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to licence holders by email. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
